Suitable for yogis wishing to learn yoga and pilates techniques for strengthening their back, neck and shoulders.
Beginners are welcome to attend this class.
PROPS
You will need a yoga mat, strap, 2 yoga blocks, 2 towels or blankets, a bolster if you have one.  
A swiss ball, a stretchy theraband and 1kg hand weights are also used regularly.
