You will learn ways to prepare your spine, shoulders and neck for Inversions.
When you are ready, you will practice active headstand and/or shoulder stand. If you are not ready, you will practice supported versions. Either way, you will find the invigorated, blissful peace we all yearn for.
Suitable for everyone with at least 6 months' yoga experience.
