Open - Yin Restorative

Open - Restorative classes are for everyone, from beginners to yogis with an established yoga practice.  
Poses are held for long periods to allow time for ligaments, tendons and fascia to release.  You will learn how to nurture yourself mindfully, soothe your nervous system and create space for insight and transformation.

Everyone who wishes to spend time with themselves, restoring balance so they can nourish their inner life, is welcome to attend.
