The Seasons - Japanese Yoga will take you on a journey through nature, the seasons and 5 element theory - fire, earth, metal, water and wood.  You will experience meridian-informed yoga through yoga therapy, asana, meditation and self-massage.
Each week we will explore a season, its qualities, the accompanying organs and much more. You will finish each session feeling healthy, vital and grounded.
Seasonal themed yoga brings you into healthful balance with nature. Aligning with each season for harmony of the inner environment with the outer environment.
Join us through the guiding principles of japanese yoga based on the teachings of the late Dr Masahiro Oki, founder of Oki-Do yoga.
Japanese Yoga is an accessible and therapeutic style of yoga for all bodies and capabilities
